1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the 33bmv platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bmv with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements regarding the same subject matter. 33bmv reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

33bmv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at the sole discretion of 33bmv following a full investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place bets or access real-money games on 33bmv, you must register an account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed, and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Accuracy

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and keep that information current at all times.
• 33bmv may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC verification process is successfully completed.
• Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bmv Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers cooperatively.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's systems, security protocols, or RNG mechanisms.
• Registering an account if you are under 21, a self-excluded player, or located in a jurisdiction where the Platform is not permitted.
